My niece is turning 16 years old Dec. 31, 2020. I am looking for a gift idea to plan for her party or vacation trip.
A piece of jewelry is something she will always remember fondly. Choose earrings, a bracelet or necklace. Silver is more affordable than gold
Is there a show she has always wanted to see? NYC is an amazing trip for a 16 year old. So would be Nashville or Branson if she likes country music. If she is into history, Washington, DC or Philadelphia, PA. If she loves restaurants and food, my town has a bunch of amazing restaurants and a view from our Mount Washington that is pretty amazing.
Think about all of her likes, and I bet you can find a bunch of potential trips!
Enjoy and sending blessings to the birthday girl!

My friend is going to have her sweet sixteen soon and I want to give her the awesomest gift she's ever received but we all promised each other that our gifts cannot exceed $10. Just like me she's one year late so it's not her prom year so I can't get her a prom dress, plus she doesn't like clothes or make up a lot. She likes cute fluffy soft toys and funky accessories though.
She is a tracker and a swimmer, plays the guitar, no particular idol. Last year we all got her soft toys. And she wants a sleeveless hoodie, but she's really picky about designs and I want to give her something really special. The hoodie is now my backup plan. Lets hope she doesn't find one or lose interest in it b4 I get a new gift idea.By Rain
if you're on a tight budget and at all crafty the best option is to just make something yourself. She is a musician so maybe there's a specific musician that really inspires her, so you should either buy something cool with the image of that musician or make something with that musician's theme on it
you could go for instance buy a blank journal or sketchpad from Michaels crafts store, then on ebay buy cutouts of the musician (let's say 'david bowie' just to say something' and then buy craft glue and make a great cover with David Bowie images on the sketchbook. Then inside the pages randomly glue more David Bowie images and find David Bowie quotes and write them in really neat handrwitint with cool pens.
This would be her super special inspiration David Bowie journal notebook thing. Doable for under $10
I would get her a hoodie and sew a guitar appliqué on it.
My aunt wants an idea for what she should get me for my 16th birthday. She wants an answer tomorrow! I've looked and looked but found nothing I like or want. She says she won't give me money or gift cards. What do I ask her to get me? P.S. I'm not too girly and I'm not into all that girly stuff too much.
