My Boston Terrier pup has a large red bump right at the end of his nose. It's gotten bigger it seems like every other day. It's not super hard or soft. It just looks like a really big zit. Any suggestions on what it is?

The "bump" is large enough that if it were an abscess (bacterial infection) it would have broken open by now. I would guess it is a tumor. The question is, is it malignant or benign. If it is benign, it is getting big enough that it may become a real effort (not to mention cost) to remove. If it is malignant, and gets much bigger the likelyhood of it having spread throughout the puppys body is much greater. You need to do something about it right now.
Cute Boston Terrier.
I'm worried this might be skin cancer. Let a vet biopsy and diagnose this mass.
I hope you got that tumor biopsied. Reminds me of my Min Pins Mast Cell Tumor. We caught it in time; but, they are malignant.
