Drink water every day. Not diet soda, not crystal light, but water! Sure, you might not like the plain taste of water. So go to your local Walmart and buy an herbal tea box and put that in your water. Otherwise, you may think that diet soda is better for you, but it is not. There is an ingredient in it called aspartame. It makes you want to consume more food, it also has menthol and phenylalanine. It can cause cancer or even a stroke.
There are so many reasons to drink water! Water helps give your body of the process of sweating, it gives you an energy boost, and much much more. Even if you don't want to drink water, try. Otherwise, you can take the risks of soda. Try to stay away from non-caffeinated drinks and stay with water. As of now, they came out with a Crystal Light that is aspartame free. I drink tea too, stuff like peppermint, peach, lemon, berry. It all is a better way to be better!

There are many drinks that don't have Aspartame. I too hate it. I drink Peace Teas that have sucralose, as well as flavored waters that have it, too. Here is a list for those who want some flavor in their glass.

I drink a glass of sweet tea or regular, not diet, soda with my breakfast most mornings (that's my morning cup of coffee). For the rest of the day it is only water, no flavoring or anything else added. Even if I go out to eat I still just order water unless I'm having breakfast. I am so glad that I enjoy just plain water!
