Roasted Brussels sprouts are a great side dish and are easy to prepare.
Total Time: 25-30 minutes
Yield: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2-3 cups Brussels sprouts, cut in half
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and oil. Add salt and pepper, to taste.

- Put sprout halves onto cookie sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with balsamic mixture, moving sprouts with a fork to coat.

- Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning half way through. Remove from oven once both sides are slightly brown.

Those look really good and I am going to actually make them. I say actually because before this recipe, I didn't really like them.
