Perfect for drizzling over pasta instead of using pasta sauce and as a dressing for pasta salad, too ;-)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. chili pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh basil, finely chopped
French or Focaccia bread
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Whisk again when ready to serve. Serve in shallow dipping bowl(s).
