A few months ago my mom found my cat, Luna, under our house half-dead. We figured she had feline leukemia. A few weeks later she got better. It was a week after she got better from her disease, or whatever, that she began losing fur. I mean this cat is just having a bad life so far lol. It spreaded to the beginning of her tail and now it is growing back white.

How did you decide your cat had feline leukemia? Have you taken your cat to your vet for a diagnosis and treatment? If not, something is very wrong here if you let your cat suffer from whatever she had for weeks without any help. The hair loss and resulting white hair grow back is another clear indication that the poor cat is continuing to suffer problems without help! Please take your cat to your vet now for help with whatever problem she now has as she continues to suffer.
I see that. It looks like vitiligo. It's a strange condition that is not well understood.
I'm more concerned about the mysterious illness that almost took your cat's life. You're just guessing about leukemia.
