http://www.splenda.com . Click the "recipes" tab then put the word "candy" in the recipes search box. I saw candied apples and peanut brittle at first glance. They also have good advice for substituting in your favorite recipes.

Does anyone have a recipe for sugar-free butter cream or cream Easter Eggs? I used to buy them from a friend who made these eggs for her church, but she has passed away and no one has the recipe. The eggs were excellent for diabetics.

I would bet this is potato candy and uses something like Splenda as the sweetener. Nancy

I purchase Russell Stover, sugar free, coconut candy. It has 6 pieces to the bag and the purchase price is $1.64 at Walmart. I was wondering If anyone out there has a sugar free recipe that they may share or maybe a website that I may find this recipe on? I have been looking without any success. I am trying to make my own, sugar free version of this chocolate covered coconut candy that has gotten too pricey. Thanks in advance for any help that you may be able to give to me.
