Frozen Graham Cracker Sandwiches

Bronze Post Medal for All Time! 170 Posts

So super easy and requires only 2 ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of graham crackers - plain, cinnamon, or chocolate.
  • 1 large container of Cool Whip, regular or low-fat

Directions:

Break cracker in half. Spread about 1/2 inch of Cool Whip on one half then put the other half on top. Put in the freezer on cookie sheet. When frozen you can put in container or baggies. Take one or more out of freezer whenever you want a quick snack. YUMMY!

If you use low-fat crackers and low-fat Cool Whip they are low calorie as well as low-fat. You can eat several of them without any guilt.

Oh boy, the next time I go to the grocery store you know what I will be buying. I have such a sweet tooth. Great idea, divedenoja. Thanks.

Good idea. I have thought about using frozen yoghurt but cool whip would be even better and making them low calorie is a very good idea.

I like the idea but don't the cookies get soggy?

I used to make those "sandwiches" also until I realized how many chemicals my family and I were consuming. I urge people to read the ingredient list of chemicals they use to make Cool Whip and think hard whether or not you really want those in your body.
