B.C. is a real lover. She likes to cuddle up with anyone around. She tends to put her claws out when she gets excited about being petted which has made us think about getting her some leather mittens.
She moved from my house into the office where she is very happy being the only cat and getting all the attention. She is 14 years old, a bit on the pleasantly plump side and loves her food.

OK. At least our office cat works! This is Merlyn waiting for a fax.
B.C. may not work much but she sure can purr!

Hello....
What a Sweet girl !!!! I am sure she is the office manager, or should be... office personnel better be good or she might not give out any holiday bonuses this year.
.
How cute. I love cats! I'd be a cat lady if I didn't have allergies.
Love your cat Susan! She is much nicer than an ornament & can help you push the pencils! shuffle your papers! drink some coffee! & keep the keyboard warm! LOL! You just have to train her to answer the phone & you'll have it made! Enjoy your purry buddy!
B.C, is adorable and cuddly looking.
Susan, I love your office cat. My boss would FREAK if we had a cat in our office.. sad but true. A library in a neighbour hood I lived in had a library cat, and all the children just loved him.. lots of the adults too!
What interesting markings. Very pretty kitty.
Now someone needs to learn to clip kitty toe nails.
B.C. is adorable. So is Merlyn. My dog Lady, a mixed terrier, keeps me company when I'm working at home. I used to have a beautiful Lakeland terrier who would put his paw on my arm when it was time for me to stop working and go up to bed.
Susan, she is precious!!! Thank you for sharing her picture and story!

So sorry about your loss. Your picture of B.C really gave me heart jumps...B.C looks exactly like my Annie that we lost. I am sure they are both chasing butterflies and enjoying long leisurely snoozes with lots of friends
What a sweet kitty-she looks like she was a cuddler . I'm sorry for your loss. Cats are sooooo much better than dogs! There, I said it! I love cats. They don't poop in your yard or bark their fool heads off. I would like to say they don't bite, but I did get bitten by my cat and got cat-scratch fever--nasty medicine for it. He was in pain from a surgery and the vet asked me to pick him up and he bit me. I do think dogs are more known for biting, though.
