What would cause an eggplant's leaves to wilt?

I had the same thing happen to spinach this year, don't have a clue what has caused it.
Appears either too wet or too dry I had a broccoli this spring did this while the others were ok dug down beside the base root and found wood lice as I guress I kept it too wet. The eggplant on it looks big enough to eat. It takes a lot of water for growing the eggplant fruit.
I would bet it is wilt disease. Did you plant tomatoes in that spot last year? Make sure to rotate crops.
