Healthful MuffinsBeat together egg, brown sugar, honey. Add buttermilk. Mix dry ingredients, raisins, and nuts and add to first mixture. Let rest 2-3 minutes to soak up All-Bran. Put in greased muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 30-36 muffins
