Crockpot BBQ WienersWhen my Aunt needs a quick, hurry up entree to have at a last minute, whether it be for unexpected company dropping in or for a church fellowship she might have not known about, she does this. At all times she keeps several packages of wieners in the freezer, just for this reason.
Ham and Cheese DelightCook onion in butter till translucent. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well; pour into a 10"x 6"x 1 1/2" baking dish. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes. Serves 6
EZ Red Beans and RicePlace all sauces in bottom of crockpot. Put in 1 can of beans and 1 layer of smoked sausage, cut in bite size pieces and 1/2 of 1 onion (chopped) and red pepper flakes. Continue layering till crockpot is full. Cook for 1 hour on high and 3 hours on low. Stir well and serve over rice.
Smoked Sausage Noodle BakePreheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions. Melt butter in small saucepan over medium-high heat. Saute onion until crisp-tender. Cut sausage into serving sized pieces.
