Easy Banana Custard PieHeat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9 inch pie pan. In small bowl, mix bananas and lemon juice, set aside. In medium bowl stir remaining ingredients except cool whip. Add banana mixture stir till blended pour into pie plate.

Yellow Squash CookiesWe had an abundance of yellow squash one year. I adapted a carrot cookie recipe into this one. I took these to a potluck, everyone raved over them. The carrot cookie recipe said they had 40 calories per cookie, the squash probably has less.
Apricot Apple PiePlace baking sheet on center rack in oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare crust mix for 2 crust pie. Shape into two disks.
Unstuffed Green Bell Pepper SoupThe same great flavors of stuffed bell peppers, but in a soup. It is a perfect meal on a chilly day.
Broccoli-Alfredo PizzaPreheat oven to 400 degrees. Bring large pot of water to boil; add broccoli. Cook about 3 minutes; drain. Stir seasoning and garlic powder into Alfredo sauce; spread over pizza crust to within 3/4 inch of edge.
Easy Cucumber PicklesIn a large bowl, slice cucumbers. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except cucumbers. Pour over cucumbers. Chill until ready to serve.
Cold Water Chocolate CakeBlend first 4 ingredients and add cocoa in 1/3 cup cold water. Add alternately 2 1/2 cup sifted cake flour and 1 cup cold water. Fold in 3 stiffly beaten egg whites with 3/4 cup sugar beaten in. Fold in last 1 1/3 tsp.
