Lemon-Raspberry Pudding CakePreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a shallow dish, spread raspberries in dish. From the lemons, grate 1 Tbsp. of the peel and squeeze 1/3 cup juice.

 

Pineapple Angel Food CakeMix in 8 inch square microwavable baking dish. Cook 5 minutes at 50 percent power and for 5 minutes at 100 percent power.

 

Marinated VegetablesCombine all marinade ingredients, mix well till sugar dissolves. Pour mixture over the vegetables and let set in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.

 

Low Calorie Creamy BonbonsIn a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, Splenda and vanilla until smooth. Stir in coconut until combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until easy to handle.

 

Extreme Banana Nut BreadWhen I make this recipe for us, I cut the recipe in half and I either make 1 loaf, or approximately 10 muffins.

 

Low Calorie Chocolate Mocha TortePreheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix together margarine, flour, nuts, and 1/2 the cinnamon. Press into a baking dish and bake till lightly brown.
