Never Fail Pie CrustThis is a recipe for making never fail pie crust.

 

Frozen YogonanasCover cookie sheet with waxed paper.Place yogurt in shallow bowl. Carefully insert popsicle sticks into cut end of each banana.

 

Easy Roasted Stuffed Poblano ChiliesYou need 6-8 Poblano chilies. Roast them over an open flame or in a broiler until outer skin is charred on both sides. Place in a bag for 10 minutes to let skins loosen, then peel off under running water.

 

Apple BarsMix all ingredients together. You may add 1 to 2 tsp. of cinnamon for spicier flavor (dough will be thick). Spread in 9x13 inch pan and bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Test doneness with toothpick.

 

Texas Pecan PieBeat eggs slightly. Add butter, sugar, syrup, vanilla, salt, flour and pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 40 minutes or until center is soft but not quite set.
