Peach Cheesecake Ice CreamIn a small saucepan, heat milk to 175 degrees F; stir in 1 1/4 cups sugar until dissolved. Whisk a small amount into the egg yolks. Return all to the pan, whisking constantly.
Versatile Chili Cheese SauceIn a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth; gradually add cream. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in the sour cream, chillies and bouillon.
