Strawberry Spinach Salad with Sweet and Sour VinaigretteFor dressing, whisk all dressing ingredients in small bowl. For salad, combine all salad ingredients in salad bowl. Add dressing to salad; toss.

 

Poppy Cheese BreadPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine baking mix, cheese and 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds. In small bowl, whisk egg and milk. Add to dry ingredients; mix well.

 

Garlic ChickenPlace chicken between sheets of plastic wrap and pound to 1/2 inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, combine oil, 8 sprigs of rosemary, and smashed garlic.

 

Sunny Morn Baked OmeletArrange 6 slices bread in the bottom of a greased 13x9 inch baking pan; arrange ham and cheese slices on top. Arrange remaining bread slices over cheese; set aside.combine eggs, milk, mustard and salt; beat well and pour over bread.
