Butterfinger Oatmeal BarsCream together margarine and sugars. Add oatmeal; mix thoroughly. Press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes.

 

Marmalade-Glazed CarrotsCombine all ingredients in Crock Pot and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours, or until carrots are tender. About 15 minutes before serving, make a paste of the cornstarch and cold water; stir into carrots.

 

Fresh Vegetable Chicken SaladToss salad greens with chicken, tomatoes and carrots in large bowl. Add dressing; mix lightly. Divide evenly among 4 individual servings plates.

 

Zucchini Raisin Nut BreadBeat eggs. Add oil, sugar, zucchini, vanilla and a little lemon juice. Mix lightly but well. Mix dry ingredients and add to batter. Add nuts or raisins or both.

 

Cinnamon Raisin French ToastPut evaporated milk, egg, vanilla and salt into a shallow bowl; beat with a fork until well blended. Dip slices of bread into mixture one at a time, turning to coat both sides.

 

Firecracker BurgerPreheat grill for high heat. In a medium bowl, mix the beef, diced green chilies, and bouillon. Shape into 4 patties. Lightly oil the grill grate.

 

Fruit Dessert SquaresPreheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cut cookie dough into 1/8 inch thick slices. Arrange cookie slices, slightly overlapping, into 14x10 inch rectangle on lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet. Press slices together lightly with fingers to form crust.

 

Chicken RoseCombine flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, and pepper; dredge chicken parts in flour mixture, coat both sides. In shallow 2 qt. glass baking dish, combine onion, oil and garlic and microwave on medium high for 2 minutes.

 

Drop Sugar CookiesPut first 3 ingredients in bowl and beat. Add remaining ingredients and beat at medium speed. When mixed, drop by teaspoonsful on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for about 10-12 minutes.

 

Ramen Tuna SaladCook your Ramen noodles to your liking. Drain the water. Then add your tuna and mayo (to your liking). Add the oriental seasoning packet. and mix together.
