Eastern Virginia HamCooking a ham is a tradition for many holidays, including Christmas and Easter.

 

Chicken Gelatin SaladCombine first 5 ingredients. Add mayonnaise. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cool water. Cool and combine with chicken mixture.

 

Fruit Dessert and SaladDo not whip the cream! Add the lemon juice to the cream and stir to blend. The cream will thicken slightly. Add the marshmallows, pineapple, cherries, fruit cocktail and coconut.

 

Apple Cream SquaresBlend flour, sugar and margarine until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Press 2 3/4 cup of mixture into bottom of greased 9x13 pan. To the rest of crumb mixture, add all other ingredients, except apples and blend well.

 

Old Fashioned Rhubarb Pudding CakePreheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large saucepan, combine rhubarb and 1 cup sugar. Cook over medium heat for 12 -15 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.

 

Butter Brickle BreadMix all together. Place in 2 well greased loaf pans. Bake at 300 degrees F for 1 hour or until done.
