Baked ChimichangasPreheat oven to 475 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil-flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion.

 

Chichen Itza ChickenIn microwave safe dish combine taco seasoning mix, salt and garlic powder. Coat chicken pieces with mixture and arrange side by 6 side in microwavable dish. Do not stack.

 

Green Grape Dessert SaladThis is a wonderful dessert salad that never failed to be a hit. Made the day before, the brown sugar makes the sauce taste like caramel. Wash and dry grapes. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Fold in grapes, mixing until evenly distributed.

 

Hot Ham and Cheese SandwichesThese are great for a get-together, movie night with the kids or for just everyday. Cut rolls; place bottoms in a 9X13 inch baker. Place one half of slice of cheese on roll, add ham on top, place second half of cheese on ham and place top of roll over ham.

 

Turkey Ham Swiss CasseroleCool pasta, drain, and rinse in warm water. Put in microwave-safe casserole dish. Add turkey, olives, and mushrooms to pasta. Stir in 1 cup grated cheese and 1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash.

 

Green Lettuce SaladPut all the following into a large bowl and toss. Cut peppers into rings about 1/4 inch thick, cut onion into wedges, cut tomatoes into wedges, and slice celery sticks.

 

German Chocolate CheesecakeMix cake mix, coconut, butter and 1 egg and put into bottom of a 12x9 inch ungreased pan. Beat cream cheese with remaining 2 eggs, vanilla extract and sugar until smooth.

 

Cocoa Cream PieCombine dry ingredients in saucepan. Gradually blend milk into dry ingredients, stirring until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until filling boils; boil one minute.

 

Quick And Easy Peach JamCombine peaches, sugar and pineapple. Boil for 15 minutes, then add gelatin. Stir until well dissolved. Pour into jars and seal. They can be refrigerated.

 

Product Review: Arm and Hammer Shower CleanFinally! I found the best stuff to clean the shower and glass door.
