Meatballs In Barbecue SauceMix hamburger, oats, eggs, milk, onions, chili powder, pepper, salt and garlic powder. Shape meat mixture into balls (don't brown) and put into casserole pan.
Microwave Stuffed PeppersMix together ground chuck, rice, egg, onion, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, catsup, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Arrange pepper halves in a baking dish.
Hearty Baked BeansBrown meat, drain.combine all ingredients, put in casserole, cover, and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Note: Can cook in microwave, 15-20 minutes, on high.

Apple Fruit SaladDissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir well to completely dissolve gelatin. Cool slightly, then add applesauce. When partially set, put into a 8 inch or 9 inch ring mold.
Different Rhubarb PieCombine 1/2 cup sugar, flour, butter, egg yolks and salt. Mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff. Then beat in 1/2 cup sugar. Fold meringue into first mixture and fold in rhubarb.
