Baked Bean ChiliIn a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

 

Country-Style CasseroleIn a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in hash browns, chicken and carrots if desired. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

 

Cinnamon Cheese Roll-UpsFlatten bread with a rolling pin. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, egg yolk and confectioners' sugar. In another bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Spread about 1 Tbsp. of cheese mixture on each slice of bread.
