Herbed Tomatoes 'n Green BeansIn a small skillet, saute onions and garlic in oil until tender. Add beans and broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 6-9 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in the tomatoes and seasonings; heat through.
Pineapple Chicken KabobsDrain the pineapple, reserving juice; set pineapple aside. In a bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce and reserved juice. Cut each piece of chicken into four strips. Pour 1 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add chicken.
Garden Vegetable QuicheLine unpricked pastry shell with a double thickness of heavy duty foil. Bake at 450 degrees F for 8 minutes. Remove foil, bake 5 minutes longer. Cool on a wire rack. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F.

Rescued Dog Won't Go Potty?Two days ago we began fostering a 3 year old Shih Tzu who was abandoned with a serious injury. He had a skin infection on his hind leg. His leg is healing well and his appetite is great. But, he has only peed twice; once out of fear on my bed and once on the floor. He has yet to poo.
