Parker House Dinner RollsIn a large mixing bowl, combine the shortening, sugar and salt. Stir in boiling water. Cool to 110-115 degrees F. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add yeast mixture, eggs and 3 cups flour to shortening mixture; mix well. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.

 

Company Chocolate CakeIn a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a small saucepan, combine cocoa and water until smooth; add butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; add to dry ingredients and stir well.

 

Raspberry Patch Cream PieIn a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F for 9-11 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack.

 

Cherry Gelatin SupremeIn a large saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Stir in cherry gelatin until dissolved. Add pie filling; mix well. Pour into an 11x7 inch dish. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. In a saucepan, bring remaining water to a boil.

 

Barbecue Beef Taco PlateIn a Dutch oven, cook the beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, milk and dressing mixes until blended.

 

Butternut Squash CasserolePlace squash in a large saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 12-16 minutes or until tender. Drain. In a small mixing bowl, beat squash until smooth. add the remaining ingredients; beat well.

 

Black Forest Dream DessertIn a bowl, combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in coconut and walnuts. Press into an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned.
