More or Less Baked Mac and Cheese With BroccoliMix the pasta with the sauce, add the beaten egg, crumbled blue cheese and broccoli. Put the whole lot in an ovenproof dish, pour over the can of milk evenly.

 

Glazed Peanut Butter BarsIn a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter, sugars and water. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Spread into a greased 15x10 inch baking pan.

 

Zucchini Mozzarella MedleyIn a large skillet, saute the zucchini, onion, garlic and seasonings in butter until crisp tender. Gently stir in tomato wedges; sprinkle with cheese.

 

Buttermilk Cake with Caramel IcingIn a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla.

 

Chicken MarsalaHeat olive oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, dredge both sides of the chicken breasts in flour, shake off the excess flour and place in pan.

 

Peppered Spanish RelishIn a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain vegetable mixture. Rinse in cold water and drain again.

 

Mishmash ApplesauceIn a Dutch oven, combine the fruit and orange juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Sprinkle gelatin over fruit mixture; mix well.
