Plum Glazed ChickenRinse and dry chicken. Salt to taste. Brown chicken in oil and butter combined. Arrange pieces in shallow pan. Spoon plum glaze over pieces.

 

Herbed Yogurt CheeseLine 6 inch strainer with coffee filter or double thickness cheesecloth. Place strainer over bowl. Mix all ingredients, then pour into strainer. Cover strainer and bowl and refrigerate at least 12 hours.

 

Bananas CaramelMix brown sugar, half and half and butter or margarine. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the consistency of mayonnaise. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Arrange sliced bananas in serving dish.
