$10 Mushroom Gravy MealMake Ground Beef into hamburger patties and cook. Mix Mushroom Gravy mix, soup and water in bowl with wire whisk. Pour over cooked Hamburger patties and simmer until heated through and slightly thickened into gravy.
Chicken and Ham BakeSaute' onion and celery in butter until tender. Add parsley, seasonings, cracker crumbs, broth, egg, chicken and 1/4 lb. cubed cheese. Mix well.
Sweet and Sour Beef StewCombine flour, salt and pepper and coat meat with mixture. Brown meat in hot oil; add onion and simmer. Combine water or bouillon, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and a little Worcestershire.
Cheesy Beef DipMix and bake in 1 1/2 qt. baking dish at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Serve hot with crackers. (I prefer Triscuits)
Sugar Free Banana Berry SmoothieCombine yogurt, banana, and Equal, in blender or food processor. Cover and blend until smooth. Add half of frozen fruit. Blend until smooth. Repeat with remaining frozen fruit.
