Muncho MuffinsPut buttermilk and raisins bran in a bowl and let stand while sifting sugar, flour, salt and soda together in a very large bowl. Add eggs, melted butter and buttermilk-bran mixture.

 

Pan-Seared Steaks with Mushroom GravySeason steaks. Cook steaks in large nonstick skillet to desired doneness, turning once. Remove from skillet, and keep warm. Heat butter in pan drippings.

 

Broccoli-Peanut Stir-Fry with NoodlesCook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Keep warm. Meanwhile, melt butter in 12 inch non-stick skillet until sizzling; add broccoli, carrots and garlic.

 

Tiramisu BowlBeat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mixes; mix well. Stir in 2 cups of cool whip.

 

Easy Danish Apple DessertIn a 9x13-inch pan, mix flour, butter and sugar. When well mixed, pat in bottom of pan. Spread pie filling over crust. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.

 

Favorite PunchMix juices and water. Pour over ice and add ginger ale when serving.

 

Oh Henry BarsMix together margarine, syrup, sugar and vanilla. Stir in oatmeal. Use Pam or grease 9x13 inch pan. Pat in mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 12 minutes.

 

Hot Clam DipHave cheese at room temperature. Combine all ingredients in double boiler and cook until cheese is melted. Season to taste. Serve with crackers.

Making Consistently Sized CookiesFor cookies that are a consistent size when you bake them, roll your cookie dough into a log and wrap with plastic wrap. Place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Cut the log into slices using dental floss and place them on your cookie sheet.

 

Orange Jammer Purse For HalloweenTake 3 jammers and sew together side by side 4 times. Then take 2 jammers and sew on top of each other 2 times for the sides. Sew three more on top of each other for the bottom.

Recipes for Convection Ovens?Does anyone have a good step-by-step recipe for a counter top convection oven? I acquired mine without a booklet and the first time I tried to make a cake, it came out with a "Bob's Big Boy" curlicue on top, and it was icky dry. Cookies were crispy outside, but wet on the bottom (too high a temp. probably). So far, I've used it to make jerky and beer can chicken, but I'd love to branch out. Help.

 

Trouble Downloading on the Internet?I hope someone can help me. When I go to download something or go to a coupon page to get coupons when I hit download the screen automatically goes blank and at the bottom left hand side it says Done - without even downloading. I was always able to download before through Adobe and now it doesn't seem to work. Is there a way to find out if I still have Adobe on my computer and could there be something on here that is causing it to be blocked?

 

Adding a New Dachshund to Our Family?I currently have two nine year old dachshunds (Gabby and Avery). Next month I am somewhat inheriting another dachshund. He is only 6 months old.
