Peaches 'N Cream DessertCombine the crumbs and butter and pat into an 8 inch square pan. Combine juices and heat to boiling. Add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Cool and add peaches.

Zucchini Egg Foo YungGrate zucchini coarsely. Mix in next 5 ingredients. Fry by tablespoons full in hot oiled skillet, turning once when golden brown. Arrange on platter and top with the sauce.
Orange Butter SpreadMix butter, powdered sugar and powdered orange peel and let stand 24 hours. Add orange juice concentrate. Stir and spread.
Au Gratin Hash BrownsIn a large bowl, combine the hash browns, cheese, onion, salt and pepper. In another bowl, combine the sour cream and soup. Pour over potato mixture and mix gently to combine.
Yeast CornbreadScald milk; stir in sugar, salt and butter. Cool until lukewarm. Measure warm water into large bowl. Sprinkle yeast on water and stir until dissolved; then stir into warm milk mixture. Add eggs, flour and corn meal.
Gazpacho With Beef Consomme'Blend onion, cucumber, pepper and tomatoes in blender. Place in large bowl and add tomato juice, consomme', oil, lemon juice, Tabasco, salt and pepper. Stir well. Let sit at room temperature about 3 hours to blend flavors well.
The SaladTear greens, add croutons to taste and crumble bacon in large salad bowl. Sprinkle 1 tsp. per person of cheese mix over prepared salad, add dressing and toss.

Lavender Oil in Laundry?I started making homemade fabric softener (baking soda, vinegar). It works really well in making clothes soft! I also add lavender essential oil, as described in the recipe. It stated 5-8 drops. Well, it smells wonderful until I use it in the rinse cycle. The finished laundry has no smell at all of the lavender!
