Butter Rum FudgeLine an 8-inch square baking dish with foil and spray with non-stick spray. In saucepan melt butterscotch chips and stir in vanilla frosting. Stir in nutmeg and rum extract.
Apricot Nut BreadSift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add nuts, apricots, egg, milk, and shortening. Mix all ingredients and put in loaf pan.
Holiday Pound Cake with Praline SauceHeat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease 1 10 inch tube pan and dust with flour. Cream shortening and margarine together. Add sugar and salt gradually.
Swedish Meatballs/Meatball StroganoffSimmer the meatballs and all the sauce ingredients, except the sour cream, for 1/2 hour on medium low heat. Turn off the heat, then stir in the sour cream just before eating.
