Red Plum CakeCream sugar, oil and eggs. Sift together flour, spices, soda and salt and add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Add red plums, food coloring and pecans and mix. Pour in greased and floured bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
Country Breakfast PiePreheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place crust on baking sheet. Sprinkle sausage on bottom of crust. Top with potatoes, onions, bell peppers and cheese.

Hungarian Sausage SkilletPut all ingredients, except rice, in a large skillet. Mix. Cook over medium heat until mixture is bubbling around the edges. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
