Baked Ham SandwichesCut rolls in 1/2 and remove tops. Place roll bottoms in a pan with 2 inch sides (what ever size pan you need). Place ham and cheese on roll bottoms in pan and replace roll tops.

 

Old Time ManicottiPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; rinse with cool water. Let pasta dry on paper towels.

 

Coconut-Almond Carrot RingMix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Beat sugar and oil at medium speed of electric mixer until well mixed. Stir in flour mixture. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

 

Fudge PieButter 9 inch pie pan. Cream the softened butter with the sugar, add vanilla. Beat in 2 eggs, one at a time. Add unsweetened chocolate. Blend in sifted cake flour, salt, chopped pecans
