PotstickersTake chopped cabbage and add salt. let stand 15 minutes; drain and squeeze. do same thing with chopped zucchini and tofu. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

 

Brunch EggsCook bacon and add chipped beef, butter, mushrooms, 1/2 cup flour, pepper and milk. Cook until thick, stirring constantly; set aside. Combine eggs, salt, and milk; cook in 1/4 cup butter at 300 degrees F or low on top of stove.

 

A Salad With A TwistThere are no specific amounts to this refreshingly different salad. I suggest what ever looks right depending on how many you are planning to serve. My mother used to make this along with tuna salad and a side of buttered noodles.
