Elby's Strawberry PieThis recipe was in our newspaper quite some time ago. If you liked Elby's strawberry pie, this is the recipe they printed and, yes, it is good! I have to admit I miss Elby's!

 

Lemon Chicken With RicePut oil in pan, add paprika,, salt, pepper, and place chicken in pan. Add oregano, lemon peel and lemon juice on the chicken. Add rice and chicken broth. Cover and cook med-high for 30 minutes.

 

Sausage Over RiceWith Mother Nature not sure what she's going to do, I'm finding that I'm still making winter comfort foods instead of bright springie delights. This is a dish my family enjoys on these damp cold days.
