Homemade Pizza DoughMix yeast in warm water and add all remaining ingredients, stirring with a wooden spoon. When flour is mixed in, lightly knead the dough. Set aside to rest about 5 to 10 minutes in a greased bowl or on a greased baking sheet.

 

Whole Wheat Sugar CookiesCombine first 3 ingredients; set aside. Cream margarine in a medium bowl; slowly add sugar, beating until fluffy. Add egg, beating. Stir in vanilla. Add flour mixture, stirring until blended.

 

German Potato PattiesWe like these served with ham and eggs for breakfast, but goes well as a side dish with chicken also. In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, heat 3/4 tsp. oil over medium heat.

 

Banana Cream Cheese Pie (No Bake)Slice three ripe bananas into a 9 inch prepared crumb crust. Beat 2 egg yolks, cup sugar, cream cheese, and rum extract until smooth. Spoon mixture over bananas.
