Orange Cream JelloDissolve orange and lemon gelatin in 2 cups boiling water in bowl. Add next 4 ingredients, mixing well. Pour into serving dish. Chill until firm. Combine pineapple juice, sugar, flour, eggs and butter in small saucepan, mixing well.

 

Minted Grapefruit Leg of LambArrange vegetables over bottom of roasting pan. Rub lamb with salt and pepper. Place on top of vegetables. Pour grapefruit juice mixed with mint over lamb. Bake at 325 degrees F for 2 hours, basting every 15 minutes with pan drippings.
