Peaches and Cream Gelatin SaladThis is a delicious fat-free dessert. It tastes very creamy. In food processor, combine 1/2 can drained peaches, cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar. Blend until smooth.

 

Ham and Cheese RotiniIn frying pan, place a small amount of Olive Oil and saute ham lightly. Meanwhile cook noodles according to directions on package. Add noodles and cheese to ham, stir well and you have a quick and simple dinner.

Strawberry Shortcake Princess First BirthdayFor my daughter's first birthday, I decorated her highchair with bright pink velour fabric and I bought some pink "tutu" fabric and ribbon and layered the fabric to look like a princess's throne. Her birthday was decorated as Strawberry Shortcake Princess. The whole party was so cute.
