Homemade FudgesiclesIn a medium saucepan, combine dry pudding mix with the sugar and milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until firm. Makes about 10.

 

Scalloped CabbageDrain blanched cabbage. Add butter, milk and cheese. Put in buttered casserole and top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees F until brown and bubbly.

 

Grandma's Tomato PicklesSalt slices green tomatoes and let stand overnight. Drain. Add rest of ingredients. Boil 15-20 minutes. Put in hot jars and seal.

 

Low-Fat New York CheesecakeMix all ingredients, using a mixer. Bake in a springform pan (with any crust desired). Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes or 200 degrees F for 45 minutes.

 

Homemade Bread PuddingHeat the milk and pour over the bread cubes. Add the eggs beaten with the sugar and butter cut in small pieces. Mix in raisins. Add 1 tsp of vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees F until pudding is firm. Serve with light cream or milk (opt.)

 

Chinese Fried ChickenThis recipe was sent to me by a friend and is very tasty. It's a dish I'd make again and to also serve when having guests.

 

Foldtuk Mac and CheeseThis is a recipe I use with my Foldtuk bakeware container. It's really easy and delicious. You don't have to use this specific container, of course, but I did think it would be a unique addition to the recipes.

 

Bisquick Blueberry MuffinsHeat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease bottom only of 12 medium muffin cups or line with paper baking cups. Stir all ingredients except blueberries in medium bowl just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Divide batter evenly among cups.

 

Banana MilkadeMash bananas thoroughly. Add milk and sugar. Beat with an egg beater. If desired, the pineapple juice, vanilla and nutmeg can be added.

How Frequently Can You Breed A Dog?I have a four-old-year old Boston Terrier, Bella. She is the love of our lives, right along with her four side kicks, Lucy, Delilah, Rachel, and Bo.
