Forty-Niner SquaresCombine all ingredients in large bowl, mixing well. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 35 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.

All Natural Pancake and Waffle SyrupHeat on low heat. Combine well. Store in squirt bottle for convenience. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
Indian SaladHeat vinegar and sugar in a sauce pan. Add oil, salt and pepper to make marinade. Pour marinade over drained vegetables.
Italian Sausage BakeFry sausage and drain. Put tomatoes, peppers, onions and sausage in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Mix in bowl. Slice squash. Put layer of squash in bottom of 9x13 dish.
Fruit and Cereal Brunch BakeHeat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease square pan, 8x8 inch. Mix cereal and orange juice in large bowl; let stand about 2 minutes or until soft. Mix in oil, egg and bananas. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Butter BrickleMelt the brown sugar and butter in iron skillet. Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 11 minutes. Remove from the stove. Pour over the chopped almonds and chocolate pieces that have been spread on the bottom of a buttered cake pan.
Tuna Fish CasseroleCook noodles in boiling salted water and drain. Make a white sauce of butter, flour and milk. Add chopped eggs, fish and seasonings. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake in 400 degree F oven for 15-20 minutes.

Pre-Washing Quilt Squares?I have done a lot of sewing, crochet and embroidery, so I have experience with materials. I recently picked up a lot of quilt quarters at a yard sale for almost nothing. I've always wanted to try a quilt. I've picked out a fairly simple pattern and plan to modify it to my wants. Most of the quilting websites say that if you plan to hang the quilt, just use the materials as is, but if you plan to use the quilt, you should pre-shrink the squares, then iron them flat before doing any cutting.
