Italian Potato CroquettesIn medium pan cook potatoes in water to cover with 1/2 teaspoon salt; bring to boil. Cover and cook until fork-tender, about 20 minutes. Mash or rice; do not add milk. In large bowl mix potatoes, 1 egg and next 6 ingredients and stir until well mixed.
Spicy Beet SaladDrain and keep juice from beets. Heat juice and enough water to make 1 cup. Add sugar, vinegar and mustard seeds. Bring to a boil. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Let cool.
Greek Lemon Chicken Thighs and PotatoesPlace lemon juice, broth, oil, garlic, and oregano in a large resealable plastic bag or medium glass bowl. Add chicken, seal bag or cover bowl, and marinate at least 2 hours or up to overnight in refrigerator.
Cheesy Chicken Patties Put chicken into food processor and chop until fine (I have used a old hand meat grinder with its finest cutter). Add rest of ingredients and mix until all blended. Form into patties. Can be frozen at this point, once frozen wrap in foil, thaw before cooking.
Individual Baked Ham LoavesCombine all ingredients; mix well. Pack lightly in large muffin pans. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F) for 45 minutes. Serve with horseradish or mustard sauce. The mixture may be baked in a loaf pan if desired.

Use Eyeshadow Applicators For ConcealerHere is a tip I came upon by accident :) I have so many eyeshadow applicators (the sponge type) that I don't use because I use brushes instead. You know what?! They are EXCELLENT for patting on concealer! You can pat it on under your eyes on a blemish or discoloration and the little sponge applicator is just the right size!! Cherries Are Very Small?We have two cherry trees (do not know variety) but are 4-5 years, both trees have fruit all over this summer. However, the cherries were the size of small peas. Both trees are a good 8-10 ft tall, maybe taller and are planted on a slope for drainage.
