Orange Peel Chicken Over Rice With Sesame SaladWith vegetable peeler, cut peel from orange into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Do not cut into the white membrane. Place orange peels on a cookie sheet, let peels dry in 200 degree F oven for 30 minutes.

 

Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole RecipesI am a lover of the Hashbrown Casserole served at the Cracker Barrel restaurants. I live in Canada, however, make sure we get to have meals at the Cracker Barrel's each time we travel to the USA.

 

Eggless Brownies (AKA Zucchini Brownies)Slice the zucchini lengthwise and remove the seedy center. Wash the zucchini and peel if desired but not necessary. Shred manually or use a food processor. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

 

Peanut Butter Brownie BarsPrepare brownie batter according to package directions. Spread into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs.

 

Cherry Cheese CrispPrepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour into 2 greased 9x13 inch baking pans. Bake at 350 degree F for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool.

 

Squash and Apple BakeHalve and seed squash. Place, cut side down, in a shallow baking pan. Bake in 350 degree F oven 30-40 minutes or till barely tender (do not overcook). Cool slightly and peel. Cut into 1/2 inch thick slices. Combine apples and squash and put in baking dish.

 

Rich Cake DonutsCombine dry ingredients in large bowl, mixing well. Combine rest of ingredients; add to flour mixture, blending well. Heat oil in deep fat fryer or kettle to 360 degrees F. Toss dough on well floured surface until not sticky.

 

Thai TilapiaPrepare grill for indirect heat. Combine the rice, onions, red pepper and basil; place on a greased double thickness of heavy-duty foil about l6 in. square. Top with tilapia, snow peas and peanut sauce.
