Roast Beef BurritosIn skillet, heat small amount of oil and saute' the garlic and onion until tender. Add beef, tomatoes, chilies, cumin and taco sauce. Simmer at least 1 hour

 

Cinnamon PuddingPut all batter ingredients in mixing bowl and beat well. Spread over bottom of a glass 9x13 inch baking dish. It will be fairly thin.

 

Witch FingersThese are fun to serve at a Halloween party. Lay sheets of waxed paper on cookie sheets. In a heavy, tall glass tumbler, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring with a chop stick till melted.

 

Baked Ham Sandwich Filling in Hot Dog RollsChop deli ham into small pieces and add cheese and chopped eggs in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, mayo, onion and relish and incorporate sauce into the ham and cheese.

 

Barbecued Bat WingsWash chicken well and pat dry. Place in a large bowl or plastic bag. Combine the rest of the ingredients together and coat chicken. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.

Oriental Rice Side DishPreheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix all in 2 qt. casserole. Bake 1 hour, stirring once after 30 minutes.

Homemade Holiday CardsI buy plain cards and envelopes and a stamp for my holiday cards. I use clear fixative on the stamp, stamp the card, sprinkle with glitter (usually silver) and then use a heat gun to set the design. I use a smaller stamp and do the same thing on the envelope.

 

Trouble With Acia Website?I recently ordered from two different trial offers on Acia. They said I would have 14 days to cancel before they sent more. When I tried to cancel, the phone was blocked and the addresses they gave were blocked. So even though I canceled, they billed me for around $80.00. I have yet to see any Acia.
