Butterfinger DelightTear angel food cake into bite-size pieces and place in a 9x13 inch pan. Put frozen candy bars in plastic bag, then use rolling pin to break up candy bars. Sprinkle most of the bars over the cake, saving a little for the top.

 

Use Nails To Bake Potatoes FasterI like the taste of potatoes better when they are baked in the oven, as opposed to the microwave; however, it takes ever so much more time to do it this way. If you are in a time-crunch, and want to hasten baking time, then place a well-scrubbed nail into the middle of each potato before you put them into the oven.

 

No-Bake BrowniesIn a large bowl, mix together first four ingredients. Melt chocolate chips in the milk, in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until thick and smooth. Remove from heat; add flavoring. Reserve 1/2 cup of chocolate mixture for frosting; add remainder to crumb mixture.

 

Bean Beef SoupCombine beans with cold water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 1 hour. Add onions, garlic, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Bring to a boil; simmer 1 hour or until beans are just tender.

 

Seasoned ButtersThe base for all six butters is 8 oz. of softened butter (margarine can be used, but is not as good).

 

Coconut RollsVery simple recipe for coconut lovers. Mix coconut, peanut butter and syrup together well until dampened. Form a roll.

 

Chicken Vegetable CasseroleIn a bowl, combine soup, milk and salt, stirring until blended. Fold in chicken, beans or peas, chop suey veggies, cheese and raw onion. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 45 minutes or until beans or peas are tender.

 

Gooey Orange RollsMix together sugar, orange juice and butter. bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into 9x13 inch pan. Mix up biscuit mix or combine flour, salt and baking powder.

 

Pumpkin Cake DessertCombine the first 6 ingredients (this essentially makes a pumpkin custard similar to pumpkin pie filling). Pour into lightly greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle the cake mix on top with all of the dry cake mix.

Wiring Dishwasher with 3-Prong Plug?Is it okay to wire a dishwasher with a 3 prong plug (GFCI)? I'm having trouble direct wiring it due to previous owners wiring. I have a 3 wire coming from the box (2 red, 1 white). It is connected to a 3 wire that goes to an outlet box which is located under the cabinet, by the dishwasher. I think that is the way they had the old dishwasher but I'm not 100% sure.
