Stir-Fried Broccoli With Hoisin SauceSeparate the broccoli heads into florets, and peel and slice the stems. Blanch all the broccoli pieces in a large pot of boiling salted water for several minutes. Then drain them and immerse them in cold water. Drain again thoroughly in a colander.

Cauliflower Cheddar SoupBlanch cauliflower in boiling salted water and refresh under cold water. Drain and set aside. Melt butter in large saucepan, add onions and saute until tender and translucent. Add garlic and saute' 30 seconds.

Quick Pecan Coffee CakeMix the cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil and vanilla together and pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Mix the sugar, cinnamon and pecans together and sprinkle over the batter; marbelize with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
