Irish Potato Candy Peanut Butter RollsThese delicious candies are easy to make and can be stored for a while, because the sugar helps preserve them.

 

Black Bean and Chicken ChiliPut all of the ingredients except the cheese in a crockpot sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cook covered on high for 4 hours or you can cook it on low for 6-8 hours. Just before serving, add the cheese to the crockpot and stir until it is melted. Serve.

 

Spicy Ricotta DipGreat with chips, vegetables, in a frittata, lasagna, stuffed shells

 

Banana Split BarsMix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of the sugar and the butter together. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan and freeze for 10 minutes. Beat the cream cheese and remaining 3/4 cup of sugar with electric mixer, on medium speed, until well blended.

 

Strawberry-Pretzel DessertPut pretzels in 9x13 inch pan. Melt butter and pour over top. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool. Cream together cream cheese, sugar, Dream Whip. Pour over cooled pretzels and refrigerate.

 

Lamb with FigsRub lamb with 1/2 tsp. of salt. Put meat side up on a rack in a greased roasting pan. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes at 375 degrees F or until meat is done to your taste.

 

Fruity Carrot MuffinsIn a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. In another bowl, beat the eggs, buttermilk, applesauce and oil until blended. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the apple, carrots, raisins, and pecans.
