Macadamia Crusted CustardsIn a small mixing bowl, beat egg yolks, egg, cream, sugar, rum extract and salt until blended. Pour into two ungreased 6 oz. custard cups. Sprinkle with nuts.
Snow PieIn a saucepan, stir the sugar and cornstarch together. Add boiling water and cook until it is thick and clear and add the vanilla. With an electric mixer, on the lowest speed, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks.
Mixed Vegetable RaitaRaita is a yogurt based Indian dish. Beat the yogurt in a bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients, seasoning well with salt and pepper. Chill before serving. About 1 hour.
Snack MixPut all of the ingredients in a large sack and turn gently to mix.
Chicken in Orange SauceMix the flour, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a 1 gallon plastic bag. Place the chicken in the bag and shake until well covered. Remove the chicken from the bag and saute' it in the oil until brown.
Salmon Patties with Mustard SaucePlace salmon and liquid in a large bowl. Remove skin and center bone and discard. Add remaining salmon patty ingredients and thoroughly combine. Shape mixture into 12 patties.
Butterscotch Rice Crispy TreatsMelt the peanut butter and butterscotch chips together and pour over Rice crispies. Mix well and pour into a well buttered 9x13 inch pan and put in fridge about an hour.
Chipotle Fish SandwichIn a shallow dish, combine the flour, chipotle chile pepper and salt. Pat the fish dry with paper towels and coat the fish with the flour mixture and set aside. In large skillet, over medium high heat, saute' the fish for 4-6 minutes, turning once, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Storing Fireplace WoodGet 4 wooden shipping pallets and two 8 foot steel fence posts. Lay two of the pallets on the ground away from the house. Have someone hold the other pallet on end then drive one of the steel posts into the ground about three feet.
Dryer Sheets for Purse OdorsIf I go to a thrift store or garage sale, I love to look at purses, lol, and so when I find what I like I purchase it take it home. Then I find the fabric softener sheets that you can buy at any store for your drying clothes in the drawer and cut them into a few strips and put a strip into each zipper pocket or compartment.

My Mother is Nagging Me About My Weight?My mother is a very opinionated person. She thinks everyone needs to do things that she does and that her way is the only way. I am over weight. She is very skinny but still diets. She keeps pushing me to do her diet of drinking shakes and only eating salad and chicken.
