English Pea CasseroleChop celery, onion, water chestnuts and pimento. Cook peas and drain. Blend ingredients. Put into greased 1 1/2 quart-2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Freezes well.

Haddock With Tomatoes and GingerPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a baking dish with vegetable oil spray. Rinse fish and pat dry. Set aside. Combine flour and pepper in a shallow bowl. Add fillets, one a time, turn to coat well.

Mom's Country Banana PuddingLine the bottom of a large bowl or dish with whole vanilla wafers. Crumble a few wafers and set aside. Lay a layer of banana slices over the layer of wafers. Pour enough pudding over this to create a layer of pudding over top of the wafer and banana layers. Repeat this process until the bowl or dish is filled. Sprinkle the crumbled wafers over top.

So she is an ADBA registered red nose pit bull (her family tree goes back 5 generations) but everyone says that she looks a lot like a Weimaraner. Is she a mix or pure bred?
