Million Dollar FudgeMelt margarine and Velveeta cheese. Add cocoa and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth, add nuts and put in large shallow pan. Let set and cut in serving-size pieces.

 

Artichoke Red Pepper DipI wanted a different dip to serve other than mixing mayo and mustard together. I looked in my pantry and saw the artichokes and went from there.

 

Fried Salmon PattiesRecipes for Fried Salmon Patties

 

Broccoli and Cheddar FrittataIn a large pot of boiling water, cook broccoli for 3 to 4 minutes or just until tender crisp. Drain and refresh under cold water; drain again and pat dry. Set aside.

 

Unbaked Peanut Butter BarsMelt butter, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips. Cool and add coconut, marshmallows, and nuts. Stir well. Put into an 11x14 inch pan. Cool. Makes 20 bars.

 

Cubed-Steak StewHeat large skillet. Add steaks and brown quickly on both sides. Remove and set aside. Heat butter in skillet until bubbly. Add onions and saute' until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.

 

Mushroom and Leek SoupWash leeks very well. Slice and use white only. In a 1/4 cup of butter, saute leeks until soft but not brown. Remove and set aside.
