Stuffed Minute SteakPreheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix honey and soy sauce in small bowl. Stir hot water and margarine in bowl until margarine melts. Stir in stuffing mix and green pepper. Pound steaks.

 

Cannellini SoupIn a large saucepan, cook sausage in oil for 2 minutes. Add the green pepper, onion and garlic. Cook and stir 2-3 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender. Stir in the 1/3 cup of wine or broth; cook about 3 minutes longer.

 

Broccoli and Bell Pepper SaladCook broccoli in saucepan until tender, drain, and set aside. Heat the sesame oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until golden, about two minutes.

 

Chinese Coca Cola MeatThis recipe calls for only four ingredients. Of course I will use a pressure cooker for this. If cooking conventionally, it will take about an hour. The cola really tenderizes the meat for you.

 

Cheese Dreams for LunchSet oven control at broil and/or 550 degrees F. Cut English muffins into halves and spread cut sides with butter. Cut bacon slices in halves. Place muffin halves and bacon slices on rack in broiler pan.
