Mushroom Bread StuffingCan be used as a side dish with pork chops. Cut the bread into small 1/3-inch cubes. Spread out on two baking sheets and toast in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes. They will need frequent stirring, or air dry one full day prior to making stuffing.
Frozen Twizzler Treats Tear Twizzlers into bite size pieces. Spread the icing on the bite size bits and freeze the Twizzler bits for about 19-30 minutes. And enjoy!

Fancy Sunnyside Up Eggs and ToastDressed to impress and very easy. You will need one metal cookie cutter per slice of bread. I use recycled tuna cans, labels removed, with both ends removed since I only have one cookie cutter.
BBQ Leftover Home Fry PlateTake potatoes (leave skin on) - cut into medium size chunks - place in microwaveable bowl; put two tablespoon of water; microwave at high power for 8 minutes, after four minutes of cooking time, stir the potatoes. Allow to cool.
Special Eggplant CasserolePreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Peel eggplant; cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Cook in small amount of boiling salted water in saucepan for 5-8 minutes or until tender; drain. Mix with remaining ingredients in bowl. Pour into 10x12 inch baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
Fiesta Tossed SaladCombine lettuce, corn, cheese, tomatoes and onions in salad bowl. Add enough salad dressing to moisten; toss lightly. Serves 6.
Peach Pudding DessertPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl. Add milk and oil; beat until smooth. Pour into ungreased 8x8 inch baking pan. Arrange peaches on top. Mix brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon in bowl.
Fondue MeatballsCombine first 4 ingredients and seasonings in bowl; mix well. Shape into small meatballs. Separate each biscuit into thirds. Wrap each meatball in biscuit dough. Place on fondue fork. Fry in hot oil in fondue pot until golden brown.
Company BreakfastFry sausage, drain and reserve. Fry has brown potatoes according to package. Spread sausage over cooked potatoes. Beat the eggs and pour over the sausage. Cover until eggs are done.
